(a)There shall be a Finance and Accounts Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-

(i)the Vice-Chancellor - Chairperson;

(ii)the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;

(iii)one person, nominated by the Government, not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;

(iv)the Director of Accounts and Treasuries of Director's representative, not below the rank of a Joint Director of Accounts and Treasuries;

(v)three persons, nominated by the Academic Council from amongst its members;

(vi)three persons, nominated by the Management Council from amongst its members;

(vii)the Finance and Accounts Officer - Secretary;
