1. Learned counsel for respondent no.2/NHAI seeks and is granted six weeks' further time to file the counter affidavit. Rejoinder, if any, within four weeks, thereafter.
2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2/NHAI submits that in W.P.(C) 2457/2024, this Court had impleaded the Revenue Department as a party respondent no.3 and the issue being identical, the said Department may also be impleaded in W.P.(C) 304/2024.
3. On the oral submissions of learned counsel, it would be appropriate to implead the Revenue Department/GNCT of Delhi as party respondent no.3.
4. Amended memo of parties be filed within one week.
5. Learned counsel present in Court has been requested to accept notice on behalf of newly added respondent no.3. He seeks some time to take instructions.
6. List again on 23.09.2024.
7. Interim order, if any, to continue till then.
