(a)the Council may delegate any of its powers or duties, conferred or imposed by or under this Act, to-

(i)the Vice-Chancellor, or

(ii)the Pro-Vice-Chancellor or

(iii)the Executive Council, or

(iv)a committee constituted from among its own member: or

(v)a committee appointed in accordance with the Statutes;
