Section 11(1) in The M.P. Vidyut Sudhar Adhiniyam, 2000
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Commission shall have the exclusive power to frame regulations for the conduct of its proceedings and discharge of its functions and all such regulations framed shall be published in the Official Gazette.
