Section 24 in C.U. Shah University First Statutes 2013
24. University to follow rules, regulations, norms, etc of regulating bodies.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Statutes, the University shall be bound to comply all the rules, regulations, norms, etc. of the regulating bodies of Government of India and provide all such facilities and assistance to such bodies as are required by them to discharge their duties and carry out their functions.
