Section 8(2)(i) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Lands (Ceiling on Holdings) Setting up Joint Farming Societies Scheme, 1968

(i)lands (other than lands granted for personal cultivation under clause 6 and lands granted to public trust under clause 7) which are available for being granted to a society referred to in paragraph (a) of sub-clause (1) of clause 3;
