Section 28(2) in All India Institute of Medical Sciences Regulations, 2019
(2)With effect from 1st January, 2004, the date on which the New Pension Scheme was introduced, all new entrants who joined the service of the Institute on or after 1st January, 2004, shall be governed by the New Pension Scheme.
