Section 90A(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)The Council shall establish and set apart for the purposes of budget estimate 'B', a separate fund to be called "the Consolidated Water Supply and Sewage Disposal Project Fund" (hereinafter referred to as "Project Fund") for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of Chapters XIII and XIV.
