Section 31(1) in The India Belting And Cotton Mills Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1992
(1)The State Government may, by notification, direct that all or any of the powers exercisable by it under this Act, other than the power conferred by this section or section 32 or section 33, may also be exercised by such person or persons as may be specified in the notification.
