Section 120 in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
120. Property accruing by escheat, or lapse or as bona vacantia.
- Any property within the State which, if this Constitution had not come into operation, would have accrued to the Government or any other authority in the State by escheat or lapse, or as bona vacantia for want of a rightful owner, shall vest in the State.
