Section 11 in Uttaranchal Higher Judicial Service Rules, 2004
11. Age.
- A candidate for direct recruitment must have attained the age of 35 years and must not have attained the age of 45 years and must not have attained the age of 45 years on the first day of January of the year in which the notice inviting applications in published;Provided that candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and such other categories may be notified by the Government from time to time shall be entitled for relaxation in age according to rules are applicable at the relevant time.
