being I.A. No.287 of 2017 praying before this court to direct the respondents to produce the computer for purpose of ascertaining on which date the impugned order dated 31.05.2016 was typed, saved and printed. Such production of the computer, according to the petitioner, is required for ascertaining the actual date and time when the impugned order dated 31.05.2016 was typed, saved and printed.
Mr. Deb, learned senior counsel prays for some accommodation to file the reply against the said interlocutory application.
The prayer stands allowed.
List this matter on 27th March, 2017.
The interim order, if any, as passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
