Section 39(3) in Orissa State Financial Corporation General Regulations, 1957
(3)The Provisions of the Act and the rules made thereunder and save as otherwise provided in these regulations shall apply, so far as may be, to the meeting of the Executive Committee as if they were meetings of the Board.
