Section 3(1) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
(1)The owner of a single boiler or two or more boilers connected in a battery or of so many separate individual boilers installed in a power station within a radius of fifty metres shall not use the same or permit the same to be used unless the boiler or boilers as the case may be, is or are placed under the direct charge of a First Class Boiler Operation Engineer as specified in clause (1) of rule 4 in addition to such number of second Class Boiler Operation Engineers and Boiler Attendants as may be specified in writing by the Chief Inspector in this behalf.
