16. Division of Funds.
- Where it is necessary for the Registrar, under sub-section (2) of Section 27, to distribute the funds of a registered Trade Union which has been dissolved, he shall divide the funds among the members in proportion to the amounts contributed by them by way of subscription during their membership.
