Section 312(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)The Special Notary shall preserve the books, registers, documents and their indices maintained in his office. Only where it is necessary to draw a deed outside his office on special grounds, these books can be taken out of the office.
