(7)In the absence of the Vice-Chancellor due to reason of leave, illness or otherwise, the Director, Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal shall perform the duties of the Vice- Chancellor until the existing Vice-Chancellor attends the duties of his office or a new Vice-Chancellor assumes office, as the case may be.
