Section 7(1) in Indian Broadcasting (Programme) Service Rules, 1990
(1)Any vacancy in any of the grades referred to in Schedules I and II, shall, after the initial constitution of the Service as provided in rule6, be filled in the manner hereinafter provided under this rule.
