Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Land Grants Act,1960
1. Short Title, extent and Commencement.
(1)This Act shall be called the Jammu and Kashmir Land Grants Act,1960.(2)It shall extent to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.(3)It shall come into force at once.
