Section 40(1)(C) in Bank of Baroda (Employees') Pension Regulation, 1995

(C)in the case of parents the family pension payable shall be discontinued/not admissible if the income of one of the parents or the aggregate income of both the parents from employment in Government/private sector/self-employment etc. exceeds Rs. 2550/- per month.
