Section 28(1) in Assam Panchayat (Constitution) Rules, 1995
(1)Every Ballot Paper shall be in Form I-A, I-B, I.-C and I-D respectively, appended to these rules and the particulars therein shall be recorded in the language of the region or such other languages as the State Election Commission may direct.
