Section 3 in The First Statutes of the Footwear Design and Development Institute
3. Authorities of the Institute.
- Standing Committee of the Governing Council on Audit and Accounts as constituted under Statute 10 shall be one of the authorities of the Institute in addition to the authorities mentioned under section 12 of the Act.
