The proposal to construct an underground parking lot beneath the grounds of Ram Niwas Bagh and as alleged reflected at serial no. 152 on page 42 of the Budget of 2020-21 placed by the Government of Rajasthan is not within the domain of this Tribunal to, debate, discuss, decide or determine the issue, and to derive any conclusion or to direct to do in a particular way.
Hence dismissed.
