(ii)The Chief Executive Officer upon holding enquiry and after giving the person concerned an opportunity of being heard may pass an order depriving him of the status of a Sikkim Subject if the Chief Executive Officer is satisfied that the person concerned has committed In of the acts mentioned in Section 10 of the Regulation, and his name shall thereupon stand removed from the Register of Sikkim Subject.
