Section 12 in The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh Election Rules, 1968
12. Publication of list of candidates.
(a)Not less than 20 clear days before the date fixed for elections the Secretary shall publish the names of all the candidate, validly nominated except the names of those who have withdrawn under Rule 10 as nearly as possible in Form "B" on the notice board of the Bar Council;(b)Copies thereof shall also be sent to the Advocate-General and to the Bar Associations.
