Section 30(3) in The Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules, 1963
(3)It shall be the condition of every bond executed under sub-rule (2) that in the event of the local authority or owner of the mine or such person violating any condition imposed under sub-rule (1), such local authority or owner or person be liable to pay the Central Government such sum by way of penalty as may be specified in the bond.
