(10)to institute Professorships including Distinguished Professorship or Chair Professorship or Adjunct Professorship, Associate Professorship, Assistant Professorship and other teaching posts required by the University with the approval of the State Government and to appoint persons to such posts or to recognize persons as Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professor of the University, or as holders of other teaching posts of the University for the purpose of imparting instruction and for conducting research in the University;
