Section 31(2) in The Cotton Textiles (Control) Order, 1948
(2)Every person who is required to give any information [or furnish samples] [Added by S.O. 50, dated 31st December, 1964.] or produce any books or other documents under sub-clause (1) shall comply with such requisition.
