FACTS :
Vide RTI application dated 27.4.2009, the appellant had desired to have the following information :-
"(i) In which sewer line, sewer pipe of MLU Plot No 11, Sector-06 can be connected.
(ii) Please also supply copy of the ground plan of the same."
2. The CPIO had transferred this RTI application to Executive Engineer, WD-8 who had informed Superintending Engineer, Civil Circle-13, Manglapuri as follows :-
"Para 1: Permission for sewer connection for MLU, plot no 11, Sec-06, Dwarka is enclosed. Accordingly, Smt Shashi Bala may be asked to contact Wadhwa Associates Pvt ltd for the same. As such there is no provision for each and every shop holder to provide the connection to the main sewer line."
3. It appears that the appellant did not receive the requisite reply and has filed the present appeal.
4. Heard on 16.4.2010. Appellant not present. The public authority is represented by the officer named above. It appears that information has not been supplied to the appellant. Hence, Shri R.K. Sharma, Dy Director (CL), is hereby directed to send a copy of the aforesaid letter to the appellant for her information.
5. The mater is closed at the Commission's end.
