Section 32(i) in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
(i)If the period prescribed for presentation has elapsed, but the document is still admissible on payment of a fine, the Registering Officer shall if he is a Sub-Registrar suspend its registration pending the orders of the Registrar.
