Section 135 in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
135. Act to have overriding effect.
- Save as otherwise providing in section 134, the provisions of the Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any law other than the Act.
