to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying
with   the   order   dated    06.03.2020,   passed   by   this   Court     in
W.M.P.No.36405 of 2019 in W.P.No.35548 of 2019.

                               ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 06.03.2020, passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.36405 of 2019 in W.P.No.35548 of 2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the interim stay granted by this Court vide order dated 06.03.2020, has been complied with.

3. However, Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the stay order has been complied with belatedly and certain arrears of payment which are otherwise due to the petitioner, have not been settled.

4. In any event, this contempt petition cannot be kept pending on that account. Therefore, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is still has any grievance to agitate, it is open to her to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
