15. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or the legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or the local authority or the competent authority or any other officer or other employees of the State Government or of the local authority or the competent authority or any other person authorised by the State Government for any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
