Section 19(1) in Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018
(1)Each Customs Broker shall enroll himself as a member of the Customs Brokers' Association, if there is one registered in the Customs Station under the Parent CustomsZone and recognised by the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs, as the case may be.
