Section 2(l) in The Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 1993
(l)"public distribution system" means the system of distribution, marketing or selling of liquefied petroleum gas at Government controlled or declared price through a distributions system approved by. the Central or a State Government;
