Section 290(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)The LLP Liquidator shall make periodical reports to the Tribunal and in any case make a report at the end of each quarter with respect to the progress of the winding up of the LLP in Form No. 8.
