Section 2(h) in United Provinces Nurses, Midwives, Assistant Midwives Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives and Health Visitors Registration Act, 1934
(h)"nurse" means a person who holds a certificate in nursing from any institution notified by the [State Government] [Substituted by A. O. 1950 (Provincial Government).] in this behalf or who has been registered under clause (b) of section 23 and shall include a male nurse ;
