Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1998
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1998.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 14th September, 1998.
