Section 1 in Foreign Exchange Management (Possession and Retention of Foreign Currency) Regulations, 2015
1. Short title & commencement.
- (i) These regulations may be called as Foreign Exchange Management (Possession and Retention of Foreign Currency) Regulations, 2015.(ii)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
