Section 2(2) in Uttar Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2007
(2)Words and expressions, used in this Act, but not defined shall have the meaning assigned to them in the [Uttar Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2008] [Substituted by 'Uttar Pradesh Trade Tax Act, 1948' U.P. Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas (Amendment) Act, 2008 (Act No. 7 of 2008), w.e.f. 1.1.2008.] or the rules framed thereunder.
