Section 34(9) in Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951
(9)Where any inam is granted for a service which is auxillary to the service to be performed by a devadasi in a temple, such inam shall be enfranchised or freed from the condition of service, as if it were a devadasi inam; and the provisions of sub sections (1) to (8) shall apply accordingly.
