(2)The Competent Authority may, apart from documents mentioned in sub-rule (3) of Rule 3, inquire into documents of local bodies, for example, of Gram Panchayat, Janpad Panchayat, Zila Panchayat, Nagar Panchayat, Municipality and Municipal Corporation also.
