(2)In cases falling under section 42, the jurisdiction of the Tribunal, and in cases of appeal from the order under section 12, the jurisdiction of the Special Appellate Tribunal, shall be limited to the division of the lands in respect of which ryotwari patta may be granted under section 9 and neither the Tribunal nor the Special Appellate Tribunal shall have jurisdiction to go into the question of the correctness of the order under section 12.Explanation. - For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that nothing in this section shall be Construed to limit the jurisdiction of the Tribunal when hearing an appeal under sub-section (2) of section 12 or of the Special Appellate Tribunal when hearing an appeal under sub-section (1) of section 46 from the decision of the Tribunal under sub-section (2) of section 12.
