23. Director.
(1)The Directors of the University School shall be appointed by the Director General, with the approval of the Board -in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The Directors shall assist the Director General in managing the academic, administrative and other affairs of the University Departments, University Schools and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed or entrusted to them by the Director General.
