78. District Officer's Inspection of his own Office.
- The District Officer's inspection of his own office should ordinarily be made in the hot weather and rains, except when the bulk of the Collector's touring has to be done in the rainy season. An inspection, when it comes very closely after the one made by a Commissioner, may, as a rule, be directed mainly to an examination into the way in which the suggestions or orders given at previous inspections have been carried out.
