State of Gujarat - Subsection

Section 378(1)(i) in The Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949

(i)the Commissioner shall not refuse a licence for keeping open a private market lawfully established at the appointed day if application for such licence is made within two months thereof except on the ground that the place where the market is held fails to comply with any requirement of this Act or of the rules, bye-laws or standing orders;
