Section 6(xxiv) in Manipur University of Culture Act, 2015
(xxiv)to receive benefactions, donations and gifts and to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of any property movable or immovable, including trust and endowment properties for the purposes of the University and to invest funds in such manner as the University thinks fit.
