Section 172(2) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(2)The total of the proceeds of such taxes or tolls made in the joint area of the Corporation and Committee or Municipality or Notified Area and the cost thereby incurred shall be apportioned between the Municipal Fund and the fund subject to the control of the cantonment authority [or the Municipal authority] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 13 of 1961.] in such proportion as shall have been determined by the agreement.
