Section 66 in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
66. Amalgamation of mining leases or quarry licences.
- The competent authority may, in the interest of mineral development and with reasons to be recorded in writing, permit amalgamation of two or more adjoining leases or licences held by a lessee or licencee, as the case may be:Provided that the period of the amalgamated lease or licence shall be co-terminus with the lease or licence whose period expires first.
