12. Powers and duties of Vice-Chairman.
- Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Vice-Chairman shall assist the Chairman in the exercise of administrative, discipline and financial powers of the Board and shall-(a)preside over the meetings of tire Board in the absence of Chairman;(b)discharge such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Chairman.
